THE Shelf Help Birthday Book Club and Urban Day Retreat

Shelf Help is ONE! And we are celebrating by throwing a party featuring self-help and self-care and some very special guests, at the beautiful Wimborne House in Shoreditch.

Join Toni and friends for a day of yoga, meditation, fit food, book clubbing, workshopping and celebratory fizz that will focus on cultivating kindness to ourselves and each other.

Start the day with some fully-charged organic goodness at the Gut Health Bar by Ossa before being treated to a heart-opening yoga session from the magical Nordic Sisters, Ida May and Josephine McGrail, followed by a game-changing workshop on habits from The Kindness Method author, Shahroo Izadi.

For lunch, delicious veggie/vegan lunch boxes from hip and healthy foodies Pow will boost your energy and focus, while Botanic Lab will be at the bar sharing their hottest new products.

In the afternoon prepare for a very special book club with Book of the Month author Marianne Power, who will be reading from her brilliant novel, Help Me!, as well as working through some searching Shelf Help questions with the audience.

A beautiful loving kindness meditation from The Nordic Sisters will bring the day to a close before we head to the bar for a very happy Happy Hour.

There are a limited amount of early bird tickets. The remaining tickets will be sold at £75 (+BF).

Please BRING YOUR OWN yoga mat if you can, or let us know if you need one on the email contact below.

Please wear workout gear that is yoga/meditation appropriate - and arrive ready for class.

Please arrive on time as we will be starting at 10am sharp.

Please let us know if you require a vegan meal. Lunch will be veggie as standard and there will be no changes possible on the day.
