What is your favourite self-help book? And why? I didn’t have one before Shelf Help but now I have three:

  2. The Inside-Out Guide to the REAL You by Claire Dimond

  3. The Code of the Extraordinary Mind by Vishen Lakhiani”

Why did you get involved in Shelf Help? The concept of bringing together people who are inspired to develop themselves in a safe space of no judgement resonated with me. As did the idea of people supporting each other to be the best version of themselves and also connecting people through positivity and talking responsibility for their own lives.

What can people expect at your meetups? A little silliness, a little seriousness, lots of honesty, humility and reservoirs of unconditional support and love to help us see other people’s perspectives and alternate realities to our daily challenges thorough new, judgement free eyes without ego or obligation.
