What is your favourite self-help book? And why? My favourite self-help book is The Gifts of Imperfection by Brené Brown because it taught me the power behind living life and showing up every day with my whole heart. My journey of self discovery and growth has taught me to let go of trying to be perfect in everyone else’s eyes and instead find the courage to know that I am enough.

Why did you get involved in Shelf Help? I became involved in Shelf Help because I believe in surrounding myself with like-minded people. I am excited to create a safe and positive space for women to share their thoughts and dreams, and to celebrate our desire to live up to our fullest potential.

What can people expect at your meetups? People can expect a space that feels warm,  safe, and inspiring. I hope that our monthly meets can influence each person to pause and focus on self-discovery through laughing, sharing, learning, and dreaming.
