ABOUT THE MEETUPS
Fusing the best elements of book clubs (sociability, accountability opportunities to learn) and support groups (connection, confidentiality, kindness) Shelf Help meetings are safe spaces for members to meet new people and to discuss the books and how the topics may affect their own lives. They are a chance to be heard, to heal, grow, relate and learn. Or even just listen (often the most enlightening act of all).
Our real-life meetups usually happen on the last Monday of the month, and we currently have meetups in:
Bournemouth / Bristol
Central London / Loughton (Essex) / MANCHESTER
Pembrokeshire / SOUTHAMPTON
West London (Hammersmith) / West Yorkshire
Keswick (Ontario), Canada
Newcastle-Upon-Tyne / Newton Abbot (Devon)
Vancouver (Canada) / Los angeles (USA)
Canberra and Melbourne (Australia)
And there are LOTS more planned. (If there isn’t a meetup where you live/work yet, please use the form below to let us know where you live so that we can add your area to our rollout plans).

Meetups happen on the last Monday of every month.
Places are limited so RSVP using the form below is essential*
Reading the book is optional (but encouraged!) and we’ll be covering key quotes, exercises and themes from it throughout the night.
Meetups are FREE to attend but please come expecting to buy food/drink so that we can keep our lovely venues happy to host us.
*please note that this RSVP does not guarantee you a place at the meetup. You will be contacted by Toni or your local host to confirm once we receive the form.
