How to Change Unwanted Eating and Drinking Habits: Workshop

A new season is the perfect opportunity to make some changes, and this spring Shahroo Izadi and Toni Jones invite you to join them at an intensive workshop designed to help you make postive and long-lasting habit changes around alcohol and/or food.

Drawing from their own struggles with food (Shahroo) and booze (Toni) and their self-help expertise, they are both also HUGE believers in the power of kindness and self-love for positive change, and these workshops have been created to help you develop enough confidence, resilience and self-awareness to succesfully manage your own habits going forward.

They'll be working with you on the day to identify habit-changes you are struggling to activate and keep up, and explore why that might be, as well as sharing game-changing tools and techniques that will help you get - and stay - on track.

Think of them as your motivational coaches (ones who know what its like to eat two boxes of doughnuts without breathing or go out for a quiet drink on Friday and come home sometime Sunday).

What you can expect from the workshop:

- a deep-dive into habit changes you are struggling to make

- compassionate and actionable coaching from self-care experts 

- a toolkit of strategies and techniques that you can start using immediately to make positive change

- a bespoke action plan that will work for you in the real world

- a support netwok of people with similar issues and struggles

Tickets include a three-hour workshop on habits with Behavioural Psychologist and Addiction Expert Shahroo (with support from Shelf Help Community founder Toni), a bespoke action plan and a healthy group brunch
