Returning for summer 2018, Ham Yard Hotel hosts its second Live Well Series, bringing together experts across the health, fitness and wellbeing world to guide and inspire.

Ham Yard has partnered with Sweaty Betty to curate a series of talks and I'll be interviewing Angelique Panagos, nutritionist, women's health expert and author of The Balance Plan, to discover more about our hormones.

A specialist in weight management, stress, digestion and hormonal health, Angelique will talk through her six pillars of hormonal health and how stress, diet and sleep can affect our hormones, and you can expect a series of insights on how and why listening to your body and hormones can change your life.
