“No matter what your goals are, you’ll be better equipped to reach your full potential when you’re feeling mentally strong.”
This month we'll discuss April's Book of the Month, 13 Things Mentally Strong People Don't Do by Amy Morin, at our various meetups throughout the UK and Canada (start times vary so message us to find out exact timings and location for your local meetup).
More info on the Book of the Month HERE.

Fusing the best elements of book clubs (sociability, accountability opportunities to learn) and support groups (connection, confidentiality, kindness) Shelf Help meetings are safe spaces for members to meet new people and to discuss the books and how the topics may affect their own lives. They are a chance to be heard, to heal, grow, relate and learn. Or even just listen (often the most enlightening act of all).
And wherever you are meeting the night will look something like the below... (NB timings vary according to each venue - we will confirm start times when we confirm your RSVP ).
6-6.30pm - arrivals/sign in/order food & drink
6.30pm - intros
6.45pm-7.30pm - questions for discussion
7.30pm - bar/loo break
7.45pm - 8.20pm - questions for discussion
8.20pm - written exercise to close
Reading the book is optional (but encouraged!) and we’ll be covering key quotes, exercises and themes from it throughout the night.
Meetups are FREE to attend but please come expecting to buy food/drink so that we can keep our lovely venues happy to host us. And RSVP is essential as spaces are limited.
Looking forward to chatting with you!
