We are delighted to be teaming up with the body camp in mallorca to host a fitness retreat with a self-help twist this autumn…and we would love to share this experience with you.
Shelf Help’s first retreat experience is HERE: three nights/four days (1st-4th November 2019) at a beautiful private house in the Sencelles countryside featuring fitness (all levels), amazing (plant-based) food, a bit of mind/spirit TLC, a brilliant, like-minded crew AND some all-important downtime.
We LOVE The Body Camp’s holistic approach to wellbeing and couldn’t think of a better partner for our first weekender. We will have exclusive use of the pimping but peaceful location and the bespoke programme includes:

Price: £700pp (4 days/3nights). This is based on one person sharing a two or four-bed room.
How to book: The Body Camp office will be handling all bookings. Please email them at: firstname.lastname@example.org quoting #shelfhelp to make a booking (they will send you a payment link. All reservations to be paid in full at time of booking. No refunds).
Please let us know at the time of booking if you want to share with a specific person/people, otherwise you will be allocated a room/bed upon arrival.
