RECLAIM YOUR FLAME Day Retreat in North Norfolk with I Am The Storm Yoga

SHC founder, Toni, will be the guest speaker at this month’s Reclaim Your Flame day retreat, working alongside Clare Walton, founder of I Am The Storm Yoga, to deliver an in-person day dedicated to self-discovery and wellbeing.

A chance to slow down, reflect, and reignite your inner spark. Held one Saturday a month at the mill, these retreat days include gentle Yin yoga and meditation with Clare, space for rest and reflection, and a creative session led by an inspiring guest speaker.

You’ll have time to enjoy lunch from the onsite café, and the day closes with a peaceful riverside walk along the River Glaven or a sauna and cold plunge.

All proceeds from the day will be donated to The Pandora Project, a charity that supports vulnerable women and children in Norfolk.

 ABOUT THE DAY

Join us for a deeply restorative day retreat held once a month in our studio at the beautiful Letheringsett Watermill. These events are designed to help you slow down, reconnect, and reignite your inner spark through yin yoga, meditation, nature, and creativity.

Each month, we welcome an inspiring guest speaker to lead a reflective and creative session; offering new perspectives and gentle prompts to help you reconnect with your sense of self. No experience is needed, just an open mind.

The flow of the day

  • Yin Yoga & Meditation: led by Clare, founder of i am the storm

  • Creative Session with Guest Speaker: Each retreat features a different guide, sharing their wisdom and practices to support your inner journey.

  • Lunch Break: Enjoy lunch from our on-site café, and enjoy time together in the peaceful grounds of the mill.

  • Sauna: A chance to experience our amazing new sauna (and cold plunge if that's your thing)

Who are these retreats for?

Anyone who feels their spark has dimmed and is ready to gently reclaim it. Whether you're feeling burnt out, disconnected, or simply craving a moment of calm, this day is for you. These days are held one Saturday a month. Spaces are limited.
