About thE AUTHOR
Joey Hulin is an experienced, accredited spiritual coach and meditation facilitator currently studying for an MSc in Transpersonal Psychology. In 2016 she created Horizon Inspired as a way to hold space for people on retreats, in class and through meditation (both face-to-face and online).
Retreat Yourself is her fifth book.
And Joey’s intention with all of her work is to create calm, kind, and meaningful opportunities for us to pause and reconnect, finding peace and wonder in the present moment and remembering that we are already enough.
