HELLO EVERYBODY!
Hello, I’m Toni.
I’m a journalist-turned-bibliotherapist and the founder of the Shelf Help Club (SHC).
What began eight years ago as a hobby book club on my own journey to better mental and emotional health has grown into a global community of 25,000+ readers and seekers. Together we’ve read 60+ self-help books, spoken with hundreds of bestselling authors, and supported thousands of people to learn, and grow, and make real positive change. Along the way, promoting reading as wellbeing and supporting self-help in community has become my passion, my purpose and my business. And, maybe most importantly, I’ve transformed my own life, proof that ‘The Work’ works!
Self-help can be life-changing. Self-help with friends? Pure magic. So consider this your invitation to join our movement and connect with our kind and curious book-loving community as part of your next chapter…
“The Shelf Help Club is one of my favourite things.”
