  • Bankside London, England, SE1 9JU United Kingdom (map)

THE EVENT: A Calm Christmas Brunch in London’s South Bank

Join the Shelf Help Club for our first seasonal self-care event at the beautiful Bankside Hotel on London's South Bank.

This winter well-being brunch is an invitation to step out of the Christmas chaos and support your Self this holiday season.

Featuring a delicious menu from the hotel's Art Yard Bar & Kitchen, and a nourishing guided workshop, this is your invitation to slow down and connect with yourself and others as you're guided through some simple, mindful practices based on the beautiful Calm Christmas book by Beth Kempton.

The event will include invitations to pause, slow down, and reflect, and guests will leave with a host of ideas and strategies to support their health and happiness, this season and beyond.

ABOUT THE BOOK

Calm Christmas and a Happy New Year by Shelf Help favourite, Beth Kempton, offers inspiration for a new kind of holiday season - one where you radiate calm and cultivate delight. Spanning late November to early January, Calm Christmas embraces the festive build-up, the celebrations and the turn of the year in a holistic, nurturing way. Beth Kempton will whisk you away from the frenetic energy of the high street and invite you to come sit awhile by the fire, pausing to explore what a more mindful festive season could mean for you.
