ABOUT US

The Shelf Help Club is the world’s first self-development book club and platform, with a global reach of over 25,000 people, and we create supportive and inspiring spaces (online and in-person) to help people learn, connect, heal and grow.

We love to celebrate self-help and our mission is to make it super simple and accessible to anyone looking to work on their mental health, and so we collaborate with the best authors, experts and thought leaders to create uplifting content and cool community experiences.

We also help businesses and brands better connect colleagues who increasingly want to discuss and learn about mental well-being and the latest research.
